Giving a shit; caring about something. Generally used in sarcasm, though sometimes give-a-shititis is used with a preceding negator, such as doesn't-give-a-shititis, or I-don't-give-a-shititis.

Related to give-a-fuck bay, I don't give a shit, and so on.

Wow, after hearing you pour out your heart, I really want to help. You've given me a total case of give-a-shititis for retarded ugly children.

poor in spirit- brokenhearted, lowly, poor, abused, used, the miserable people, the suicidal, depressed, downcast, the upset, the angry, the dirty, the prostitutes, the scumbags, the drunks, the druggies, the crack heads, the smokers, the losers, the pot heads, the churches, the schools, the governments, the people that think they got it, the people who think they don't, the people who think they got it, and the people who think they do, and the people who think they got it, and the people think they do, and the people who think they got it, and the people who think they don't. Oh, and did I say for sure the people who think they don't have anything, they for sure have it.....because they for sure have the kingdom of heaven, cause they do! <3 I know for sure they do. Spirit dump

1) When someone takes a dump on a toilet where someone had previously died elvis presley style and feels that person's spirit dump with them.

2) A spirit that watches you whilst you take a dump. In other cultures, the spirit dump may also try to capture you while you are in the middle of dumping.

1) "Ah man, that dump I just took felt weird...like someone else was taking a dump with me." "Dude you probably just had a spirit dump."

2) "Nick went into the bathroom and now he's gone!" "Maybe the spirit dump got him."
