Can mean lots of different things in the 'hood, depending on context. Generally speaking, it means to gain access to something that was previously off limits to you. Here are two examples:

1. to steal something, i.e. acquire something illegally
2. to acquire access to a female's contact information, and ultimately have sex with her
1. Bruh, I just bagged me a PS5 - some lick left his whip unlocked!
2. I just bagged that ho's digits, gonna git with her later tonight!
