From gaming slang, something that doesn't concern the game. For extension something (usually shallow) that doesn't concern the real subject or purpose of the conversation.

While you're studying hard:

man one: "Oh man, I met this girl this morning, i cannot....."
man two: "shhh, stop with these cheap talks! We don't have time now!"

A person who acts dishonestly or practices fraud (cheating) such as obtaining the questions to a math test which are not intended to be had before taking the exam.

Christina Tran got the questions on the test and is a cheater.

A holiday celebrated by people of the Jewish religion taking place the week following Easter. All Easter candy by this point has gone on sale anywhere from 50 to 75% off which is too good of a deal to pass up.

"Mommy is it Cheaster yet?"
