Get the Hi-Ho_SilVeRmug. Perform an action or say something (usually negative) by getting very close and face to face with someone so they have to pay attention to you. It is intentionally intimidating.
While 'face to face' can be neutral or even natural, 'in his face' is aggressive, intrudes on personal space, and usually does not allow the person an escape route to avoid your action or statement.

Get the the nicole himug. When 2 people who vaguely remember each other (like someone you went to high school with), run into each other and they both realize they have nothing to say to each other.

Get the Hi Goodmug. 
This is a phrase used right after saying something stupid. For example, you say something stupid or retarded and then you delete it right as it sends sends and you say "hello? hi." If the person is too slow to read it they will probably ask what you said and you should probably keep saying "hello? hi" until they get annoyed and beat you up or some shit like that.
A-"How are you doing?"
B-"Fucking brilliant, *deletes message*, hello? hi."

B-"Hello? Hi."
