The ugly friend may suffer from some form of facial deformity such as an outrageously large nose which prevents them from anyone finding them physically attractive.

Its a person that is usually more big than normal ppl. she is usually brought to a party or something and they are used to make a person to look better. So maybe you are one maybe not. Ppl may joke around and say you are the duff duff. Sometimes ppl will be serous when they say that also. Another thing is tht they may not tell u that ur a duff duff.
