a douchebag who thinks he's the shit and spends most of his time trying to hook up with girls who are out of his league. This fucktard will probably have a connection to some sort of Canadian small town hockey team, whether as a team member or a groupie. He'll ignore the inboxes and texts of perfectly nice, wholesome girls he actually has a chance with, get drunk and wake up in ditches, and usually have a freakishly small pocket rocket.
