It has different meanings but in the whole it means that something is shity or uber relax

1: Being verbaggerd; being really really really drunk.
2: Aanbaggeren; or better known as aankloten means that you do absolutly nothing useful to society.
3: Something's bagger; something is really bad(an F for an exam) or disgusting(puke).

a musical term. mainly found in hip hop. reffering to musicians and artists that do they majority of their work by banging they fingers on their keyboards pushing their protools around.

those hooks are tight but he was up all night, he finger banged them out in his grammas basement. he fingerbanged so hard almost knocked his protools off sequence.
