Safety-squaring

The act of discarding the first square of toilet paper while in a bathroom. This removes the outside chance that the last patron touched that piece while removing toilet paper for his own use. This becomes especially important when using a public restroom. Also can be referred to as s-squared.

"Hey man, you better practice safety-squaring when you're done in there."

"Of course I s-squared, what do you think I am?"

The act of planting extra crops in FarmVille to cover a flakey friend while working on a Co-Op Farming project.

Kris: Why are you planting an extra field of wheat ? We already have enough planted.

Mike: Its a Safety Crop because Brent is so ADHD, he gets distracted and forgets to harvest in time. I am tired of virtual farming and coming up short on the goal !

1) The half-bite you take to test a tasty looking piece of chocolate to avoid unpleasant surprises.

Common practice around holidays like Valentine's Day when those big boxes of chocolates don't come with a candy map printed on the lid.

2) How to stick it to your grandma when she says "Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get!"

To "safety fail" is to intentionally fail or fail to complete a major assignment or test in a given class because (according to calculations) it is impossible for the assignment to cause one's overall grade in the class to drop by a letter or have any significant changes

Sarah: Hey what are did you write about on the essay for the final in English?

Chris: Haha I didn't...I took a nap. I had over a 100% in that class so it wouldn't have changed my grade. I might as well have safety failed it.

Food eaten after a night of drinking to ensure you do not blow numbers the following morning. Prevalent with Australian Miners after a hard night at the wet mess.
