And in your rush to correct you error you make more mistake sin your rush to correct it. For example: When your comment on social media platform is misspelled or autocorrected (usually because you are in a rush, drunk, not paying full attention or all of the above), which you only see once it is live and then proceed to make several other mistakes or typos in your frantic rush to correct the first one. Similar to an existential crisis an existential loop is having a crisis on loop in which your brain finds fault in one existential theory leading you to another but the other proves the first one is not at fault leading you back to the second one which it'll state as fault, it's a dangerous Mind trap and falling for the loop will lead you to having depression, headaches, and even losing sleep. It's like having a song stuck in your head except this one prevents you from sleeping.

That begin with the awareness of a negative situation or emotional state, which spirals them into self-pity and hopelessness of their current situation. The individual becomes trapped in this cycle by repeatedly returning to the same distressing thought or feeling, reinforcing the belief that their situation is unchangeable, leading to a deepening sense of despair. This loop makes it next to impossible to break free from, as each cycle reinforces the last.
