A term Stephen Stohn used to describe the length of a possible relationship between Eli Goldsworthy and new character Imogen Moreno on Degrassi. It could be him just putting an "E" in front of millisecond, or (and more likely) it could be him just making up some random word to make Eclare fans nervous.

Stephen Stohn said that the relationship between Eli and Imogen will last emillisecond via Twitter.
