A Scion Driver is someone who either drives a Scion or drives like someone who drives a Scion.

Characteristics of a Scion Driver are as follows:
Never uses a blinker
Never checks a blind spot
Drives 5 miles under the speed limit
Always tailgating you
Bad Haircut
Has XM radio set to Nickelback
Loves being inconsiderate
Hates yielding
Usually on a cell phone
Enjoys Contemporary Christian music
Maybe in a hurry to get to a NeoNazi meeting
Loves cats
Really Loves CATS!

A variation on the term designated driver. The party to remain sober and pilot the vehicle homeward is devastated due to the fact that they too cannot become wasted, or risk killing themselves, others or worse, getting a dui.

A noob driver is ultimately someone who fails at life.

The following offenders fall into this category:

- Tailgaters

- Chronic lane-changers (because you're the only one who knows what they're doing on the road, right?)

- People who honk as soon as a light turns green.

Did that stupid fuck driving in that over-sized pickup just speed past me after tailgating me for 10 mins only to get stopped at the red light like a noob? What a noob driver.
