When you have such explosive diarrhea that is in a completely liquid form (without the lumps) and feels as if you are pissing out of your ass. There is such a strong steady stream that a passerby who hears you could easily mistaken you for taking an actual piss.

Coming out of the iceberg

A figure of speech for someone's disclosure of their secret obsession of Avatar: The Last Airbender. The term originates from the infamous phrase "coming out of the closet," which you most likely know refers to someone's confession of their sexuality. "Closet" is so cleverly replaced with "Iceberg" because Aang, the main character of the series, emerges from a giant iceberg in the first episode of the first season.
