Cackle neck

I person with loose skin around their neck. Often covered by a scarf to conceal the loose skin.

I'd like to take that girl home tonight but I think she has cackle neck. Hopefully she takes that scarf off soon.

A snacker will usually resemble a wild hog. It is not unusual for them to become altogether bestial in search of their chosen snack.

When the moon is full, and the freaks are at whims, one is always bound to encounter a ferocious cockle snacker in alleys, parks, and wooded glens offering seclusion from the prying eye of those whom are not of snacking taste.
