When someone is homosexual but for whatever reason will not tell others and often pretend to be straight, though it is obvious to everyone around them they are not be straight due to social cues and stereotypical ways of dressing or acting around those of the same sex. Though they may be in the closet, it is obvious to everyone as the light in the closet gives away their presence within the otherwise dark walls of denial.

Observer 1:"Hey did you see the way she was flirting with all of those girls at the softball game yesterday?"
Observer 2: "Yeah I guess but doesn't she consider herself straight?"
Observer 1: "I'm not too sure about that, I'd say she is in the closet with the light on."

Light

Light can be used to describe many things, like a person's personality, overall goodness, or as a state of mind. Light is what exists, what will exist and what always has existed, and nothing can change that no mater how hard someone tries. People can try to remove the light from their being, but none can trully do it. No matter how dark a person's outwardly appearence, the light will always be there deep within that persons very soul. Shrouded be darkness, it will still shine bright, waiting for it's time to rise again. For the truth is that darkness cannot exist without light. They are like two sides of a coin, coexisting with one another. Sure one side may overpower the other at times, but that side cannot be completely consumed. So can be said for the human heart... no matter how much a person grieves and hurts, and no matter how empty that persons life feels, the light will still remain, deep within that persons heart as hope, and will wait in patience until it is called uppon to return to the surface.

When the light returns, all of those feelings of pain and anguish will be replaced with feelings of joy and remorse. That persons life will once again be filled with the happiness he felt long ago.

Light bulb head

A somalian woman. The protruding forehead and teeth and the lump of hair at the back which is hidden under the usual somalian costume gives the head an appearance from the side which is similar to the shape of a light bulb.

Those light bulb heads are queueing at the benefits office at 8am every Tuesday and it doesn't open until 9.

1) To spin the tires of a car to the point they start to smoke. To do a "Burn out" or "Smoking the tires".
1a) The visual equivalent is extending the index pointer finger of one or both hands and rotating it in a fast circular motion.

2) A phrase used by TV / Movie cops to turn on the cars lights and sirens to pull somebody over.

3) Military slang: To open fire on the enemy.
