A way of excusing ones self to go to the bathroom. Derived from the location where Elvis took his final breath and also a scene in "True Romance", starring Christian Slater, where he talks to Elvis' ghost in the bathroom. Commonly used by people who can appreciate Elvis as a singer and find humor in his lifestyle. So far, hipsters haven't caught on to the phrase, which is a good thing.
Johnny Lockjaw, after having a few beers at the local gin joint, "Oh man, I gotta go talk to Elvis"
Auf Deutsch, "Ich mochte bitte mit Elvis Sprechen"

Cop Talk: An exaggeratedly wordy jargon, frequently spoken in a mono-tone passive voice. Descriptive yet extremely vague, this is used when describing a situation in order to increase the appearance of intelligence or credibility, while cloaking truth in a mountain of syllables.

When you and your friend (male or female) decide to talk but on the low. Where nobody knows about or when nobody is in your business until y'all pop out. Just know not to do stupid stuff even though it's on the low. Say you're talking to Keisha on the low, than Mya wanna go to the movies, nobody knows about you and Keisha but Keisha knows and would feel some type of way about Mya.
