A psychological disorder common in police officers 5'6" and under. Do to self-esteem issues stemming from their reduced stature, they compensate by exerting an amount of angst non-proportional to the violation incurred by the offender.

Guy: What's the problem officer?

A police interrogation method similar to good cop/bad cop except it replaces the Bad cop with a mentally disabled cop.

Jim the Cop'd 

The act of spilling your beer during a chug contest. This typically occurs with inferior competitors that attempt to hastily finish their content before others. In the event of a tie, someone guilty of this act would be considered the loser and not 'three sheets' worthy. Hence, the first offender was Jim the Cop who's name now goes into posterity whenever this occurs.

Bitch Cop 

A female cop usually a sheriffs deputy or any city Bitch Cop that has no clue what they are doing and refer back to the hand book when they don't know what to do. These female cops are despised by many because of their sheer stupidity and what not.
