They posed it as "limited edition", and gained traction by starting comment chains like "You look like _____ from Zepotha". The most common character names are Alaine, Maxine, Eileen, Cole, Danny, Ben, and Lydia. In 24 short hours, Zepotha became an inside joke and infested For You pages across the nation.
