Thrash Skating

A type of flatland skateboarding with the skaters body having more interaction with the ground. Usually the board is thrown, slammed and slid across the ground. Some moves that are remade include: handstand, caveman, no comply, boneless and casper.

Most of the skating is done to the sound of heavy, hardcore and death metal to have the skater unleash his/her adrenaline and transform simple flatland skating into thrash skating

Roller skating is the travelling on smooth terrain with roller skates. It is a form of recreation as well as a sport, and can also be a form of transportation. Skates generally come in two basic varieties: inline roller skates, and traditional quad roller skates.
