grip and sip

Slang used to refer to the consumption of an intoxicating beverage, especially when the intent is to become very drunk. It can mean either the act of drinking or the beverage itself.

Friend Sip

A "friend sip" is the absolute limit of liquid a friend is allowed to consume from your drink when you are polite enough to share (one mouthful). No more than a "Friend Sip" can be taken by a friend, preferably less.

Double Sip

Very similar to a double take, a double sip occurs when one sips a beverage, but does not full acquire the taste, thus forcing said person to take a second sip to experience the flavor.
Example : When Stefan had his first beer, he did a double sip then spat it out.
