Saying something via text moreso for the sole purpose of staging it for a screenshot that suits your point, arugment, or agenda more than it actually reflects how you would react in that real-life situation if you didn't plan on using the screenshot for the argument to show the victim on the other end or their peers/internet after the fact.

Dude, I asked my gf to do a little more in our relationship to even things out as i've been doing most of the work for a while and I think she's screeniebaiting me now and making herself seem like the victim so she can send the screenshots of the convo to her friends even though she has done the bare minimum if that for the last 6 months.

Being the contraction "the amount of screen time my neighbors have", this slang term refers to the phenomenon where statistically, it's highly probable for a person born and raied Indonesia to have his neighbors having much more screen time compared to said person. It's becuase Indonesia houses 270 millions of inhabitants with the average screen time of 6.05 hours per day — the highest in the world.
