To only urinate a small amount.

If you go to the bathroom just before bed just to go to the bathroom and urinate but only a tiny amount of pee comes out. There fore you just padiddled.
Also, in the morning if you wake up, take a leak, then get in the shower and find your self having to pee again. However, the amount of urine you release in the shower is just a little.

2 > "padiddle" is shouted out when another vehicle is discovered owning only a single headlight attached to the bonnet.

3 > if someone doesn’t shout out "padiddle," they would have to remove an article of clothing.

— pair of sneakers generally counts as a single article of clothing. ( unless you don’t own a pair )

— phrases are able to be modified, for example, if the phrase is a tongue twister, it would be likely that someone would be thrown off, and have to remove an article of clothing.
