Permissues is an amalgam of two words. Permissions and Issues. Permissues is used to describe problems or issues that arise with electronic security and more specifically Microsoft Windows Network permissions.

Bob from accounting is having permissues with accessing the reports on the other server.

permatilt

In poker an extreme form of tilt that can be produced by taking an exceptionally bad beat. The implication is that a player receiving such a bad beat will be so emotionally disturbed that they will play recklessly for the rest of their lives (permanent + tilt). While no unambiguous examples of the phenomenon have ever been reported the term is frequently used to indicate extreme emotional distress at the poker table.

"I get all-in versus this donkey with AA and flop quads. He's playing The Kat and runner-runners his miracle cards to make a straight flush. I've been on permatilt ever since."

As attributed to Pimp C, this is a woman who prostitutes, yet, on occasion tried to project herself as presentable/respectable, fluctuating back and forth between and always remaining a prostitute. A prostitute who perpetrates as respectable.

I saw the perpitute on the stroll one night, Coached up at the Galleria the next.

Nothing is true, Everything is permitted

The dictum of the Order of the Assassins, as heard in Assassins Creed 1 and 2. First spoken by Altair’s master Al Mualim, “Nothing is True” exhibits the cynicism that the Assassins carry towards religion and fantasy, while “Everything is Permitted” represents their dedication the Order and the brutality of their work.

The Assassins in Ubisoft’s AC are based off of a real group active during the Crusades, called the Hashshashins, from which the word “Assassin” is derived.
