Since 1981 pball has dominated the xsports genre. And Bob gurnsey created it. Splatmaster was the first pball marker made for pball. and the rapide was the follow up with 2 barrels i thiink. and a guy named Rob White won the first game of pball. So therefore ROB WHITE: the origanal player.

One of the greatest sports known to mankind: Highly addictive, extremely explosive, and completely exhilirating. It empoys the use of a Marker, Paintballs, A Hopper, Co2, A Mask and various other accessories that you may also use. There are a variety of indoor and outdoor "games" that will satisfy pretty much anyone. There is also a large amount of paintball lingo that you can learn as you go.

I believe paintball to be one of the best sports out there and the people who come onto this site just to pwn on it shows just how stupid the people that don't paintball can be.

Some people play it for military simulation and others play it in x-ball or "tournament" fasion for the sport value of the game.

An addictive team sport, but not just a sport. It brings out the instinctual need to survive, release stress, and all the while having fun. It teaches integrity, gun and personal safety, teamwork, confidence, problem-solving, fair play and constantly moving strategies amidst the presence of chaos (basically all this, while people are shooting at you or vice versa). I have seen players as young as 10 years old with supervision, to the age of 54 and players skills from new to professionals. Where else can you shoot your family, friends, coworkers and strangers, and after awhile enjoy their company and stories from the day or the past glorious games in great fun.

Painball

A locally derived game in southern Oregon using a pool table in an unorthodox fashion. Two gladiators pick a side of the table to defend (the two pockets at opposing ends of the table) while holding either the cue ball or 8ball (black team/white team) with one hand and try to knock the rest of the balls into the opponent's pockets using the controlling ball (or your knuckles if you're lucky enough to get them smashed between your ball and another). The game is very similar to airhocky (except for people who can't afford an airhocky table yet have a pool table they can't pawn off for something as cool as airhocky). There is no changing hands and the first person to let go of their ball (even for a second) or pockets the least balls loses.
