This is similar to how omnisexual distinguishes between genders they are attracted to and pansexual does not...aka omnisexuals are attracted to each gender separately and pansexual are attracted to all equally without distinction of attraction level.
Omnigender people are also usually genderfluid/genderflux/fluidflux where pangender people experience all genders as one without fluctuating between them in identity(fluid) or intensity of experience (flux).

Omega Males generally don't belong to any cliques and have no desire to be the leader or most outstanding of said clique.
