Hotistic is a word to describe a girl who at first glance appears to be hot but gives the impression that she is autistic based on her gestures, posture, or ridiculous faces in photos over the internet.

Guy1: Hey man did you see Alyssa's new profile picture?

Guy2: Yes I did she looks really hotistic.

Guy1: I know the face she made looks really dull and lifeless.

When a Ho leaves an impression, or anything that is shabby and sheik and sultry, that is HoTastify.

It is HoTastic and inexplicably satisfying, as only someone who loves doing what they are doing can do.

Also, future tense: Hotastify is when you are thinking of the possibilities and start licking your lips in anticipation of HoTastification.
