EAing describes the following process: A videogames development studio, usally respected and/or beloved by a substantial amount of gamers, gets bought by EA, forced to make a game that nobody wants and that is full of microtransactions instead of a game the developer is known for, and then gets closed because the game is underperforming financially.

Electronic Arts is a lying, money-hungry piece of shit that litters their games with microtransactions (see Star Wars Battlefront 2). They used to be a good publisher with not that much microtransactions in their games. It's like Konami and Activision.
