The intuitive path that is created by walkers/hikers or drivers vs a marked trail or road. Once established it can become an alternative or preferred route. Typically it is a short cut on a marked trail or road but it can also be a well-worn ribbon of exposed soil or rut in an open space where there are few trails to connect desired areas.
The desire line became so popular that the marked trail became overgrown and hard to follow from lack of use. However, over time the desire lines became so eroded they were unusable and abandoned in favor of the switch back trails.

A term used to describe an insatiable and often extravagant craving for wealth, power, material possessions, romantic partners, and other forms of indulgence, reminiscent of the ambitions and excesses often associated with certain Arab rulers or individuals who relentlessly pursue more without limits or ethical considerations.
"The CEO's habibi desires knew no bounds, as he accumulated vast fortunes, extravagant properties, and multiple romantic partners, mirroring the opulence and ambition of legendary Arab rulers."

Reusing the same two-tone coloured diagonal line bus livery design over and over again ad nauseam, while wearing the shortest shorts you can find in your local Primark.
This two-tone coloured livery with a diagonal line down the side sure will definitely be creating desire among those who use this bus route #amazing
