The most bad ass character in Final Fantasy XII. He's a leading man, sky pirate, and has a sexy British accent. His right hand man... woman... is a bow-wielding Veira Rabbit-Hume named Fran. Fashion forward and knows how to handle a gun, Balthier is definitely a memorable character.

Ballyclare

Small farming community town in the middle of the norn irish countryside. Any land around Ballyclare is known as "Wickerman Country"
With a massive population of sheep and cows, the people here are outnumbered.

Ballyclare sports a "thriving" mainstreet with shops which don't exist anywhere else. Within the past 5 or 6 years a massive supermarket (ASDA) has cropped up, sending locals fleeing to their barns.

They say that in Ballyclare, when the natives here a plane over - head they burn their homes and move on to a new settlement.
