Small town in Wyoming . . Mainly oilfield and refinery . Sits rite at the base of the black hills . Newcastle is best fit for old retirees or cowboys with "the rite last name " Newcastle is a plentiful in the job aspects. The fields of refining, coal, and drug enforcement are prospering . . Definitely a city to visit in the summer and avoid in the winter .
