Relentlessly tweeting a company (generally a major corporation) with a customer service problem after going through the proper channels with no results, forcing them to respond.
I tweetshamed Amerihealth after 2 months of phone calls with no results; their consumer advocate contacted me that day and resolved my issue. Tweet shaming is the new customer service.
