rehardt, a person who is really funny and caring and sweet, most of the times not feeling well, most of the times just a bit depressed, people, gets hurt by a lot of people, loves everyone, cares about everyone, always there, never mean or unfriendly.

Wife and I were hanging out one evening and I can't remember what the actual idea I had and action I took but I said out loud to my wife " see honey, I'm not ret%#$d I'm actually kinda smart " that idea was not ret%$d it was smart. It was resmarded. I'm resmarded. I had a smart brain fart. I smarded.

When you think you're pretty dumb but then you have this really good idea. That's resmarded. Or if an idea seems really stupid at first but then when you think about it, it's actually really smart? That's resmarded.
