Recardo is the most amazing, caring, sweet loving type of person. He usually cares about everyone and could care less about himself. He has one of the biggest and purest hearts out there so if you ever end up with a Recardo, you are sure in a for a adventure and rollercoaster with him so never lose him. Term used to describe idiot drivers who sit at a red light signal with intentions to make a right turn where it is legal to make a right turn while the light is red. Although there are no vehicles approaching from any direction, they still wait for the light to turn green before turning, while holding up an entire line of vehicles.
