an adjective for a person/object which isn't just "rank" (disgusting/minging/rancid etc) but fantastically rank!

another way for saying just how disgusting something is.

guy: Hey did you see that naked picture of *name*
guy2: Yeah, it was ranktastic!

Example:

Radtastical is a combination of Rad and Fantastical. It's used when something is so inexplicably amazing that normal words can't apply. It's origins trace back to a geeky dork who was too much of a weirdo to use normal words.

"Dude! That grilled cheese was radtastical!" "Bro, I love you, but come on. Getting a solo win on Fortnite is not radtastical." "OMG!!! BRAD JUST CHEATED ON MELISSA!!! THAT'S SOOOO NOT RADTASTICAL!!!"
