The act of hooking up with previous sexual partners and/or previous significant others in order to prevent your number from becoming higher and maintaing an appearance of strong morals instead of low standards/values. Although you may be infested with STDs nonetheless.

If you're having a dry spell but don't want to take a chance on a new partner, just call up an ex and recycle.

People that live in very small towns where the population is small and not that many people move in so the only people to date are people you've dated before or your friends have dated before and you've known them since kindergarten.

Adjective used when describing something old repurposed into something awesome, amazing and wicked-smart new. Description for when one finds a cool new use for things that would normally end up in a landfill. Particularly useful when discussing thrift store fashion.

When you see a movie starring the same person with the same costars and supporting casts you call the support cast "recycled". They are usually the buddies of the star off screen.

Ever notice in Adam Sandler movies Rob Schneider, Alan Covert continue to pop up as different characters? They are recycled actors.
