1. A wager on the outcome of an event not normally gambled on
2. A wager with someone that he/she will/won't do some task
3. A side bet during a poker game, i.e. a wager outside the normal betting process of the game.

Poker pro Ted Forrest once won a $7,000 prop bet that he couldn't run a marathon on a 115-degree day in Las Vegas.

Turbo prop

The act of hanging a hanger on you stiff penis and gyrating your hips to get it to start rotating around like a single propeller airplane.

While folding clothes I grabbed a hanger and turbo propped it into the bedroom for the wife to see.

Prop Baby

A neigborhood infant, 0-24 months of age, used as a human shield while dealing with law enforcement, in an attempt to avoid arrest and/or a beating.

While speaking to da police, the female ran upstairs and grabbed a "prop baby" and came back down, telling da police, "they can't touch me cause I gots a baby!"
