PILD is an acronym that stands for Penis Induced Love Disorder. PILD is the tendency for some women to fall in love with a man after they have sex. This can be a good thing or problematic. It's good if the man feels the same way. It's problematic if the man doesn't feel the same way.

An argument can be made for the existence of the female counterpart, VILD.
