Someone whose phone has massive amounts of static when you try and talk to them, mad echoes in the background, or disconnects during conversation.

My sister had the nerve to try and put my mom and I on three-way, knowing her C.A.P. would disconnect us before we could say "Hi".

The A.P.C also known as the Armored Personnel Carrier is a tank able to withstand heavy conditions such as rain, cold, heat, and so on. The A.P.C also comes with heavily armored armor and a 30mm automatic gun and a 7.62mm machine gun.

The A.P.C is known as the Armored Personnel Carrier which means an armored military vehical used to transport troops.

OMFG C.A.P. crashed again!

My job is not to support C.A.P. its to use C.A.P. to support other issues.
