Muff

When someone says or does something stupid you apply the MUFF. Can also be applied via a braced MUFF. Taking your index finger and middle finger putting them together and applying pressure behind the idiots ear(just along the hair line) and pulling/swiping towards yourself catching they're ear. And hopefully achieving a snap noise and a disgruntled look of confusion from the receiver of the MUFF.

Guy: I think Larry the Cable guy is fricken hilarious...
Friend of Guy: Holy shit dude. I think you got a MUFF comin...
Guy: What? He's really funny.

Friend of Guy: Applies his index and middle fingers behind Guy's ear and swipes that shit... Achieving a loud snap sound.

(Guy then realizes he was being an idiot and apologizes for saying Larry the Cable Guy is hilarious.)

muff

A game played with a soccer ball in which the players use their feet, knees, chests, and heads to prevent the ball from touching the ground. The player who lets the ball fall is given a letter (beginning with "m", then "u", then "f", and finally a second "f"). When a player spells out the word "Muff", he/she then turns around and allows for a different player to kick the ball at their hiney.

Player 1: "lets play Muff!"
Player 2: "No! Last time I couldn't sit for a week!"

Muff

The act of not properly defining a word or action. The Actions or Words that cause a muff can have consequences. More of a Cincinatti term but has the same definition as "screwed up or messed up."

Usually when somebody says someone has a boyfriend or girlfriend and then does not to a friend. Causing the person who is looking for someone to be lonely for a night.
