A term given to the noticeable large, very appealing behind of a woman. The level of the woman's attractiveness does not factor into the declaration of a mamacaboose, for a mamacaboose alone is capable of satisfying. This term was coined by a strange little Italian man: our very own, beloved Pistachio Disguisie.
