Kevish

Someone who is a "kevish" is an exceptionally arrogant person suffering of short stature who routinely thinks he is taller, better looking, and sexier than he really is; one who suffers from Dwarfism. Commonly confused with someone who has Little Man’s Disease.

Dude I was out last night at the bar and I had to save this poor girl from a kevish. The guy was literally up to her waist, and thought he was such a badass. The poor girl was so disgusted.
