The west coast version of a Gill. If someone says something stupid, you reserve the right to burn the back of their neck with a quick and forceful hand rub as if you were "hooking" their neck.

Joe: I went to KFC for lunch but all they had was chicken.
Bill: Of course dumbass, it's KFC! Thats a hook!
