A derogatory phrase used to diminish a person's reputation in an attempt to publicly humiliate them. The phrase can also mean, in a literal sense, for a medically obese male to give oral pleasure to a female.

Sally says, "Suck it fatboy" and he proceeds to give her oral pleasure.
