Abbreviation of "Female to Fmale," a MTF-vectored or intersex person who considers herself transitioning from female to female, as she has always been female, though not in the way it is traditionally (incorrectly) defined.

I'm FTF, saying i'm MTF gives people the impression that I've been a man at some point in the past, and I have not.
