Dommunism refers to a political system that combines elements of democracy and communism, but ultimately prioritizes authoritarian control. In a Dommunist system, citizens are granted the right to vote, creating the illusion of democratic participation. However, the ruling elite maintains absolute power, disregarding the needs and interests of the general population.
Characteristics of Dommunism include:

Authoritarian governance: A small group of leaders holds complete control over the government and economy.

Pseudo-democratic processes: Citizens are allowed to participate in elections, but the outcomes have little impact on the ruling elite's decisions.

Disregard for individual rights: The government prioritizes its own interests over the needs and freedoms of its citizens.

Centralized economic control: The state exercises significant control over the economy, often leading to a lack of economic diversity and innovation.

The country's shift towards Dommunism was evident in the government's increasing disregard for individual freedoms and its consolidation of power, despite the continued holding of elections.
