AI Director

The major selling point for Valve games Left 4 Dead and Left 4 Dead 2.

Supposedly it is an advanced AI that will make each play-through unique by spawning zombies at different times and places, and placing pick-up's just where they are needed the most.
In reality the exact same effect can be achieved by simply randomising the activity of zombie spawn-points

Left 4 Dead 2 featured the new and improved AI Director 2.0 With new features such as apawning more zombies and weapons, and blocking off parts of the level forcing players to play the game it wants.

Band Director

A often short person who conducts or directs a band. Has no life, assigning students scales sheets for their grades, and telling lame jokes. Often can be desperate at times. Can be cool at times, but most of the time they can be @$$holes.

Dilettard

A portmanteau of dilettante and retard. Those *lovely* men and women who flit from one job to the next, never really doing a single one well, but determined to find their "true calling in life." often while being supported by mom & dad or a rich husband. Always very determined in their interviews, this breed starts to lose enthusiasm as soon as a task can't be easily completed or is too boring or beneath them.

Jane, the new girl, keeps talking about her wedding instead of finishing that project. She's such a dilettard.
