Bro-file is a term used in the Military when the soldiers get a doctor’s note to prohibit them from wearing a gas mask, because they have a beard from not being able to shave like a regular person due to a skin disease. The African American soldiers usually get this type of disease.

I have a beard, I can't wear the gas mask because I won't get a good seal. My Doctor gave me a BRO-FILE, so I don't have to wear it in training.

A term for druggies relating to an excuse typically intended to drain either time or money out of the victim. The victim is seen as burning money, and is also burned by the druggy. Thus the victim has been burned by the broiler and/or actions of the druggy.
