Two Possible Meanings
1. Either the ability to get ass from all women, therefore becoming master of the ass, can be applied as a form of admiration or possibly an insult (usually both).

2. Or a term for one who is skilled in the buttsex, may be applied to homosexuals.

Assbutter

Assbutter is the fluid, non-fecal secretion discharged from the rectum and spread in circumference of the anus. Usually caused by an extensive intake of alcoholic beverages and/or spicy foods, Assbutter can in extreme cases cause a seemingly insurmountable desire to itch.

After my last three-day party binge, I have a severe case of assbutter today. The itch is driving me absolutely crazy and I feel like cleaning my asshole with a Brillo pad.
