Devion

A Devion is a friend that is really annoying, they love to lie about everything. Most if the time Devions don't feel full of themselves. They can be any color of skin. They curse all the time. If the Devion is black he will use the N-word a lot, at least ten time a single day. If you hear a Devion run for the hills and pray your not a friend.
