This is a phrase often used when a person is being accused of something or is said to offend someone unknowingly, while stating something.

Sarah: "Your shirt is Purple"
Lyndsay: "No it isn't"
Sarah: "It is Isn't it Alex?"
Alex nods.
Lydsay(frustrated): "Whatever it's not a big deal."
Sarah: "I'm just saying"

Spring Oreo

Derived from the slang term oreo and the actual spring oreo cookie. The spring oreo cookie has a black wafer with yellow, not white, cream. As oreo denotes someone who is black but acts white, or black on the outside but white on the inside, 'spring oreo' denotes someone who is black but acts asian (yellow).
