Stands for Franksta Tha Gangsta. usually used because Frankie is a common italian mobster name and then rhymed with Gangsta. reffered when people deal drugs, use guns ect. typical gangster activities.Monies like good fellas, godfather and scar face have influenced this phrase and was glorifed the most during the 40's when Mob ruled the streets.
